If they have applied online, you will definitely have a copy on your MyCIC account. Are you referring to POE letter (Point of Entry). Otherwise I suggest send Embassy an email quoting ur UCI# OR APPLICATION # and let them know about your situation.

thank you for your concern. yes, its about the Point of Entry, they informed me that I need to present the Letter of Introduction to Canada Border when i reached canada. actually i applied this visa through my representative, they just send me the form through e-mail and i send it back to them for my answer. the problem is i dont know where to get MyCIC account, will you help me on how to get it. i already send an email to the CIC in abu dhabi & there's an automatic reply stating that it will takes 15 working days to have a respond. im running out of time because my flight is 4 days from now....

MYCIC account can be created anytime for free. But the thing is that, if they have already created one for you, that particular account would already have all these details and it is password protected.

The best that you can do is to keep on trying to call up your agent. You already have your visa anyway. Just make sure you would have back up docs,( your conversation with your agent, the email you sent to embassy, and other stuffs), this is just in case, worst comes to worst you wont get the POE before you fly out.

Im pretty sure having a visa means your okay to enter
I am not an expert, just being realist. Goodluck

You can find the website here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/apply_online.asp

Like what I have mentioned earlier, you can create an account via MYCIC but it wont have such details because all those details are already in the account created by your agent which is again ill tell you is password protected.

Visa is already approved, i dont see any reason for you to travel that long and get rejected. I believe Canada has a centralised system and i think they might be able to see u on their database. Secondly I think UCI# defines all your details.

Keep it cool. But it would be better if you would have it on hand.

Hey did you get LOI later or travelled without one. Please share your experience. Thanks.
