You can ask any friend you have in Canada (Canadian, PR, or temporary resident) to ask for your GCMS notes. You have to provide your friend a signed authorization and they have to give their address, email, and Canadian phone number when filling the form. the GCMS notes take close to a month to be available.

Hi! you can request them through different firms that can do it for you, in my case I requested it through caips notes and paid US$ 17, they usually take 30 days, you can google GCMS notes and you will find several options, I chose that one because reading in this forum many people recommend it.
