Please Help...Error in the status of my case

I just checked my status , the website showed that my status is "withdrawn", while I received a letter from CIU from 20 days ago regarding sending the documents to CIC office in London. Please I am confused and I need help, Do I need to conact them or there is a case that the system is wrong.

Please help me.

This has happened to other people on this forum as well. Ask rupeshhari, I think he had the same problem....
