please help cant get fingerprint link of USA PCC !!!!!1

i'm trying to get fingerprints done to get usa pcc ? but the link provided on the website of FBI is not working?!!!!!

the above address has a link to (Fingerprint form FD-258) but whenever i try to download its not working? !!!!! what should i do ??? could i get it it done in local police station on regular whit finger print paper ? or it should be done on this form

There is nothing wrong with the web site. The problem is either your computer or your internet browser. I can access the form no problem.

I'd recommend try a different computer and/or different browser.

Clear you cookies or change your browser. I'm using Google Chrome and it opened fine

I have no issues seeing the form. Again, try a different browser. There's no problem with the web site. The problem is something on your end.

You dont need to download the card and take it to the fingerprint center. they will give you the fingerprint cards and they will ink your fingers for the fingerprints. After that, they will give you the cards to mail to the FBI center in WV. So dont bother downloading them and just take your $18 to the center with ID's, and you are good to go.

I am sorry, i did not realize you were not in the states. In that case, yes download the form and if your local ps will help you put your fingerprints , that will be great. Here is another version of the form in pdf.

All the countries have some local agencies who help with this. I know this for sure in Dubai and India.
There are consultants who for a small fee would take your fingerprints in the right way (like rolling your fingers left to right)

Google on your city or nearest major hub.

Hi cooldoc,

I don't live in the States - I was able to get an appointment at the US Consulate in my city for the fingerprints collection and FD-258 form filling. I sent an email to the IV email address on their website. It's scheduled for next Thu and will cost me $85.

Friends, I need to have my PCC from US. Has anyone done PCC in USA then please shed some more light on it.
Also how long will it take by VO(visa officer) to request for PCC once application reaches them! Since PCC from US will take 4-6 weeks, is it advisable to start the process now or wait until VO requests for it? Please guide. Thanks!
