What dobes is asking (I think) is did you provide a letter from your employer to say you were working for the period after August 2014? You seem to indicate that you don't in your initial post (by "offer" I presume you mean employer's letter). If you only have employers' letters covering a period of 17 months then of course you can't claim points for two years, nothing to do with the NOCCs
I did have an employer letter stating I am a permanent full time employee. I guess that covers after August 2014 issue.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear Asivad,

In my pre ITA EE profile I had mentioned my NOC as 2171 (as mentioned in my job offer and work permit issued by CIC) for the period of June,2014 to May,2015. after which I have been renewed Work Permit with NOC 2283 with effect from April, 2015 with an explanation letter from my Comapany Lawyer stating that my Roles & Responsibilities are more aligned with NOC 2283. Currently I am working on NOC 2283. But in my pre-ITA EE profile my current experience in NOC 2283 from June,2015 till present as my previous Work Permit was valid till May, 2015,

1) I have received ITA in FSW. Now while filling e-APR can I update the work history section with NOC 2283 with a Letter of Explanation stating that I filled the NOC Code 2171 according to the Job Offer and Work Permit Issued by CIC, now later I want to change it to 2283 as my Roles & Responsibilities are more aligned to that. I have reference Letter stating my Roles and responsibilities. Will that be consider as misinterpretation ?

2) All my foreign work experience with the same Organization aquired in NOC 2283 since December,2009. I have reference Letter stating my Roles and responsibilities..

Please advise this is really urgent.... Thanks in advance...

Given that EE is NOC agnostic, why does this matter? Is it related to your FSW eligibility?

I suspect you will have to retain NOC 2171 for the period of Jun' '14 to May '15 though because that's how it appears on your paperwork with CIC.

Dear Asivad,

+1 for you.. Thanks a lot..

1) I will retain that NOC 2171 for the mentioned period. Should I add a letter of explanation stating that my Roles & Responsibilities aligned with 2283 but I was assigned NOC 2171 by CIC in my WP so I mentioned the same. and later my company Lawyer propose the NOC 2283.
Is that Okay?

2) I do not think it will create any problem for my FSW eligibility. As I have calculated and my FSW points as follows -

Language = 23
Education = 21
Experience = in NOC 2283 (foreign work experience from dec,2009 to may,2014 total of 4 years) 13 + in noc 2171 (1 year) 9 = 22
Age = 12
Adaptibility (Spouse Language) =5
Adaptibility (my Past work in Canada in NOC 2171 for 1 year) = 10

Total = 93

Please correct me if wrong...

Even that letter won't be needed. You can add in the documentation (only if you want to) for the changeover from 2171 to 2283.

2) I do not think it will create any problem for my FSW eligibility. As I have calculated and my FSW points as follows -

Language = 23
Education = 21
Experience = in NOC 2283 (foreign work experience from dec,2009 to may,2014 total of 4 years) 13 + in noc 2171 (1 year) 9 = 22
Age = 12
Adaptibility (Spouse Language) =5
Adaptibility (my Past work in Canada in NOC 2171 for 1 year) = 10

Total = 93

You can't get more than 15 points in Experience so it will be 9 OR 13 because you can't add experience gained under multiple NOCs. You can't score more than 10 points under Adaptability.

But you will still end up with more than 67/100 so that's fine.

Thank you so much once again Asivad for your answer.

I have few more questions regarding my post-ITA eAPR filling. It would be really helpful if you could answer the following -

1) I had added my Spouse's Education detail in pre-ITA EE profile also selected NO ECA done. Now in my post ITA application can I delete that Education history and add an explanation letter stating that she did not get ECA for this education and also did not get any points in ITA for this. Is it a misinterpretation ?

2) I had added my Spouse's Foreign Work history detail in pre-ITA EE profile. Now in my post ITA application can I delete that Work history and add an explanation letter stating that she did not get any points in ITA for this. Is it a misinterpretation ?

3) In my pre-ITA EE profile, I mistakenly selected that I have a job offer and which is permanent and full time not LMIA approved, but my job offer is for 2 years and full-time. Can I change this in full time and non-permanent. Is it a misinterpretation ? I did not get any points for this in my ITA.

Thanks in advance..

Not a misrepresentation. The LOE is optional, you can just remove your spouse's education history and submit the application.
