Please Help Application Cancelled

My Express Entry application was cancelled since I didn't provide the PCC for 2 countries that I lived in. I am in process of obtaining those PCC certificates, but CIC cancelled the application. How do I get in touch with CIC to explain my scenario and get an extention on time for those 2 documents?

When you say cancelled, do you mean you received a refusal for it being incomplete?

Sorry to hear about your rejection. You mind sharing your application timeline?

Did you attach explanation letter onto your case mentioning that you're in the progress of getting those PCC? If so, I believe you stand a chance for repealing and re-opening your case for review again, but it's going to be a long process
In the mean time, re-creating a new profile and re-entering the pool is always the first thing you can do after a rejection, maybe you will get ITA again soon

This was the reason for the application being rejected. What should I do next?

I had provided a letter of explanation stating I would need more time to get a PCC from UAE. I had received a provincial nomination from Ontario, if I create a new profile, how does it work. Can I use the previously obtained nomination?

It's weird, I know this case doesn't apply to me but usually they give additional time for PCC submission, some members in this group didn't submit their FBI PCC as it takes months to get it and they all get extension for submitting it post AOR. I guess you met a very strict agent.

How it works is you need to re-create an EE profile and finish your job bank registration, and then email OINP office with new profile information and a very touching explanation regarding why you're rejected and why you won't be rejected again for the same reason to transfer your nomination from your old EE profile to the new one assuming by the time you email them, your pnp certificate is still valid. It takes them about 3 weeks to finish the transaction and give you additional 600 points again.

From what I know, FBI PCC is an exeption because you can only apply for it after submission and they have average processing times exceeding 60 days.

Not 100% sure on that but I dont think there is a general rule about getting extensions for PCC. Rather, it is specific to certain countries, where they know it is usually not possible to get PCC within the 60 days you get to submit your application.

but did you also upload a copy of the request or receipt or any acknowledgement proof PCC had been applied for or just a letter saying you had applied

Mine took about 2 and a half week to get the transaction done back in early March, I guess it's due to the high workload they are having at the moment for processing regular applications, but you should be getting a reply within another week or so. Back then my immigration consultant told me it took 4-6 weeks on average but for me it's sooner than that.

Thanks for sharing your case. Problem here is - my Nomination is getting expired on 20th June 2016 and if there wont be any draw by the time , I get nomination transferred to my new profile then i will have to follow-up with OINP again for extension of nomination.

What's your timeline (AOR and rejection date). I think that at least 1 PCC has to be submitted to deem the application as complete, if there are any missing you could either be requested for it, or refused as incomplete, depending on the particularities of your case and the discretion of the visa officer handling your file.
