i have a doubt..if my appeal is again rejected means what will happen? i mean i appealed against the 2years ban so if my case is again reject then is i hav to wait again for two years or i can reapply after 2 years of date of 1st rejection?... can you guys clear me please..

If your appeal is refused, then you will have to wait until the 2 year ban has passed and then apply again.

From whenever you received the misrepresentation ban. I believe that was your first refusal?

yea my my sponser case reject on feb 2014..is it possible to cancel my appeal? if yes then how do i cancel? im not asking to cancel my appeal now but i need to know becasue somtimes from the forum, many user saying appeal wil take more than 2years.. so i want to know whther i can cancel my appeal at anytime?

If you go to the CanLII website, and enter search terms such as 'misrepresentation' 'ban' 'humanitarian' 'immigration' you will find similar cases. It seems you could win the appeal. Appeal decisions are very inconsistent, however. Still, some people have won - in this case, with worse facts.
