Please guide me for CAQ related queries

I have applied for CAQ in March. My documents were recieved on 25th March 2020. I have not recieved any acknowledgement/email/notification which says they have recieved the documents. Though they confirmed when I called on the helpline.
I have not received my CAQ yet. Does it take so long?
Is it important to pay the initial college fees for the CAQ approval?

I applied in feb but still no CAQ

Processing times are all over the place right now, but even under normal times it's not unusual for them to take a long time to confirm receipt of your documents after they're delivered. Usually after that happens, you'll get your CAQ within a couple of days.

However, feel free to call them if you want to make sure they haven't lost any of your documents, which has also been known to happen.

Yes bro , I gave them my missing documents on 10 april.So it means they gonna take more time ?
