Please experts I need your help !!

I been working in Canada for the last 3 years and I finally applied for my PR under CEC . My fiancee back home lived in Canada when she was 8 years old and got her citizenship but she went back home and never came back. My question is how do we prove her Citizenship? she had only two piece of papers that says Congrats on beinf a Canadian Citizenship and the third page is missing and we believe her mom still have it and would never give it up. This is a very confusing relationship,please we need your help on how to fix this.

Who every is writing all this crap on my profile you should be ashamed of yourself and not to play around. I already left you and for good and you do not have to screw up with my life . I have enough on my plate to endure all of this bullshit . And sorry other memebers here for this confusion.
