yes bro and thanks again for asking. i was so confused but not anymore .
Now i am going to pay fee from savings and get plain loan against FD and get a line written on loan letter " Loan for study in Canada". and submit file with loan sanction letter.
and no need to submit loan disbursement letter and SOP. that's all.
(and loan against FD and OD is processed in same way. we only need to get written FD not OD against security, is it right?)

I know your confusion very well ..it was happned to me also many of us doesnot provide edu loan against f.d but secured loan against f.d but with the statement that it can be used for higher studies in aborad and by mentioning course name and college name if your bank is ready ,,
why not education loan?
Because in it ITRS of parents is needed and there should be regular icome of parents and income should be high...education loan is not manadaotry but highly recommened

Sheena so u filed on 7th May at Chandigarh!! I filed on 1st May at Delhi and our case is almost similar !!! lets see how much time it takes Chd Vs Delhi and also whats the final Outcome !! I'll keep u posted as im expecting a call for medical soon

Actually medical of canada is valid for a year my consultant suggested me to get medicals done be4 file lodged to send the complete file to embassy..............

I'm an MBA 4 years exp and applied for PG Cert program at George Brown College !!!

banks are not ready to give education loan against FD, they are even not ready to add a single line that, loan for ......... program in ...... college in Canada.
they only agree to write a single line that " this amount can be used for any bona fide purpose.
Is it sufficient to get visa?
