dn New Zealand diploma in Management 2010-2011 (1 year certificate programme) frm NZ
now IELTS march 2012 (6 overall wid 5,5.5,6.5 and 7 )
got offer letter from college ABC under sPP in business Admin: sales and marketing 2 years diploma
Please suggest me financial documents : education loan 9 lakh paid fee asked by my college to confirm the seat

Here is reason for ur rejection !! U r Married and they doubt such candidates 200% possibilty that this person is gonna settle there !!! Believe me thats the only reason in ur case, u have to show ur husband in Sponsor and show that hez well established here in India to overcome this !!!
