I've been in Canada for four years and haven't left since my arrived
But on my passport, there is only an entry visa to Egypt. Unfortunately, it is not clear, damaged, and untranslatable.
Will that cause me a problem?

I dont think it should be problem. Keep a record of your flight tickets incase they want to verify. If you have more than enough days then it should not be a problem at all. Just try to get the stamp translated if its not in english.

Visa does not matter. What they want to look at are Entry and Exit stamps.

Visa Stamp/ entry stamp is not in your hands as you cannot correct/redo it. Just have your travel details like mentioned by @Mexontario to prove(if asked) which is more than enough.
You are overthinking on the area in which you dont have any control over it.
Ultimately officer will check on cbsa records hence you should be fine for any doubts on stamps.
