Hi,

please advice me I have applied before 26 June rule and my credit Card was charged and
hopefully I will get my AOR, I have valid work visa for UK which is For one year and I have
to go uk to activate it before Dec 20 now I have few questions.

1)If I will go to UK for one month just to see how is everything there then do
I have to require to update background declaration form that I have been
In UK for one month

2)If I will send my complete application before leaving tor uk, then do I have to
update London visa office with background declaration form that I was in uk.


3)After submitting my second stage documents, If I will leave my current job and
go to uk permanently in that case what will happen

1)Do I have to give reference letter from my employer in uk also
There are other possibility can also come may be i m not aware of it someone
please advice me what should be better option which I can do now, because Canada
immigration is just like a lottery you don't anything Can happened to you until you
do not have visa in your hand.

Not understanding the specific facts, I can only give generic suggestions.
Canadian Immigration is definitely going to take some time and if you are getting a good job in UK then you might consider coming to UK and when you Canadian PR comes then at that time weigh your options whether to move to Canada. However you should not hide any information to your local Canadian visa office that is responsible to process the PR.

I think you dont understand my point, How I will notify them once i will sent
my whole application. that i m working for new employer this is my new address
I m totally consfused.

All canadian Visa offices issue a file number to the applicants once they accept a case for PR visa processing. Hence the applicant can use the file number as a reference and communicate with the visa office. The communication can either be through letters sent by post or through web form enquiries.
