Hi,
PR since June 2010.
Wife and kids continuously living and completing 3yrs requirement attending schools.
I am a doctor and its a long tedious road to getting into the job market. Will have to complete 4-5 exams. May take longer than 4 years.
For the next four years I have made this plan to legally complete the 1095 days while working towards completing my exams:-
Staying 1 month in Canada, while going out to my private practice in Middle east for 10 days every month. Repeating this cycle I will clock 275 days each year in Canada, which will add up to x4=1100 days, and 90 days a year outside.
I will keep clear track of entry exit stamps in passports, tickets, boarding cards, and the rest.
I will renew the PR card before it expires while using this same formula and when the 730 days are completed. I have already clocked 200 days in Canada so far.
My question: Will they question me even if I have honestly done all of the above and my PR status is in order. In the current mood of PR and existing cheating citizens being brought to justice will they still delay granting me citizenship, since I would have shown travelling to middle east in and out 9 times a year!! for 4 years continuously? Will they still question the proofs I give them of my travels in and out or my intentions to become Canadian?
Sorry for the long question. Will highly appreciate a reply.
