A bit confused about the 3rd field: "In addition to the certificate selected above, have you completed a 2nd post-secondary diploma/certificate?"

Should this still be yes if I answered "Masters" in the 2nd field?

Also, what's the equivalent CLB for IELTS? This links says that max CLB is only 9 for IELTS - My IELTS is L:8.5:R8.5:W7:S7.5:O:8

As far as I undestood - and got confirmation from a lawyer - masters degree is equal to level 7 education in CRS – Skill transferability factors. That would mean that with masters + CLB 7 you receive 25pts, and master + CLB 9 you get 50pts.

Regarding IELTS - based on your score you have: L: CLB10 R: CLB11 W: CLB9 S: CLB10

You need to take IELTS again as your writing is messed up (unless your job comes under NoC B)
Under CEC Category, IELTS requirement is as below.

"If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC 0 or A job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 in either English or French for all four language abilities.

If you gained your skilled work experience in Canada in a NOC B job, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5 in either English or French for all four language abilities."

but i still doubt your Points looking at your IELTS score. becoz to get 100 points for your SKILL TRANSFERABILITY you need to have CLB 9 in every section of your IELTS exam. More over only 300 points for your Job not 600, u can get 600 provided you have a PNP nomination as well.

No, he doesn't need CLB 9 on his IELTS, but 6.0 in every module, that is CLB 7.

If you are the PA you need to take IELTS again because 5.5 wouldn't work mate. :'(

Education: 112 (BSc)
Language: 128 (CLB 10)
Spouse: 12 (10 for language, 2 for education)
Skill transferability: 100 for foreign work experience and language.
