nag agency ka ba? di ba agency yung canadian immigration consultancy? nakakahiya naman kung doon ako magpapa-arrange ng ticket. hehe! hindi naman nila ako client. hehe! saka iba ang agency ko. saan daw ba sila kumuha ng ticket? hehe!

Hi Jan! Musta na? SGI is Saskatchewan Government Insurance,they're the sector of SK gov't responsible with anything to do with having and owning a vehicle.....
SK is a province where most of the public utilities is government operated,regulated and owned...ex...license issuing,motor vehicle registration,power,electricity,home insurance etc. Di katulad ng ibang province na maraming privately owned utility companies.

Oo Jan,mas mura...our car insurance with my good driver discount (hehehehehe) is only $50+/month and our electricity is around $60/month for 2 adults and 2 kids. Nagcompare kami ng friend ko sa Manitoba,kung magkano pay nila sa insurance nila....they have a 2005 car and they pay $1500 annually,with her husband's discount....$1100+ daw....Our car is year 2000 and I only pay a little bit more than $600 a year. See the difference? . Manitoba is government run and owned utilities din pero marami ding private car insurers. And mas mahal sa Calgary...when we lived there,my car insurance was $191/month...and my first car was an old junker (80's model) ;D ;D ....yung step-son ko is paying $350/month na daw ngaun,which he said is the high end insurance ...sorry for using the car years....kasi they also take into consideration kung ano make and model ng vehicle mo....trucks have higher rates....cars...vans have their own different rates too.

yup, agency kami. i think it would be fine if you'll get the tickets there. they are not exclusively dealing only with their clients. Hindi ko natanong kung saan sila kumukuha ng tickets nila. ;D

Wow! Ang laki ng difference... I did my research while applying for PR visa. Ok talaga sa SK. High standard of living pero low cost of living ;D SK talaga ang choice ko no matter what. GO Saskatchewan! hehe! Kahit nag offer ang best friend ng pinsan ko na doon ako tumira sa kanila sa Alberta. Sa SK pa din ako kahit walang kakilala
