Sorry po kung dito ako mag tatanong since kapwa ko pinoy ang nasa forum na ito. I am starting to gather all the requirements needed for spousal sponsorship. Medyo confuse lang ako sa medical requirements. When ba dapat mag pa medical? before mag submit ng application (so i can include in the application proof na nag pa medical na ako, with my 2 dependents) or do i have to wait notice from visa office kung kelan me mag papa medical? Thank you.

if you are applying for a spousal sponsorship your spouse and dependents should get their medical first and send it to CIC-mississauga along with your application kit...

tanungin muna kita,do u belong to the LC2 family class?
if ur application kit receivd from CIC manila does not include mdical kit, that means we will wait until they finished background checking. ginawa nila ito upang di maabotan mag expired ung medical, coz 1 yr lng ang validity nun, upang sa ganun di ma double ung mdical fees natin, kc alam nila na very expensive un,
yes, dati sabay na un when u submit ur application dapat kasali na mdical, kya lng marami ang na re mdical dahil sa sangkatutak na backlog applications,
if u have 3 children,,, mlaking pera din gagastohin in mdical exam fees,

and, it depends on the VO's na nkahawak ng papers natin.
as of now sabi ng kramihan , 22-26mos ang LC2 PR family class

in our case, morethan two mos nag appear na sa ecas ung IN PROCESS,,, mga month of March available na yn sa ecas,,,depende kc sa mga applications na received nila, may mga less than 2 mos, meron din higit pa,

My ecas reflected in process the next monday after the embassy recieved our application.
See timeline:

Aug 17 = Received application
Sept 15 = Approve as sponsor, application forwarded to Manila
Sept 28 = Application in process in Manila send AOR
Oct 5 = ECAS in process (after a week from manila received application)
Oct 6 = AOR and PPR – sent passport, CENOMAR and personal history same day
Oct 19 = noted my address in ECAS (after a week from sending the embassy my passport)
Nov 3= sent request for correction/edit address in ECAS
Nov 9= noted correction/edit address made in ECAS (after a week from request for change)
Nov 9= Hubby emails manila thanking for prompt response, inquiring if correspondence were sent during period of incorrect address.
Nov 17= Hubby emails MP for assistance, Follow-up Nov 23.
Nov 27; MP said that case is queued for review

@ AdSh hindi po purely para sa LC2 o spouse itong thread na ito para sa lahat po ito ng PINOY dito sa forum para makapagtanong tayo na gamit ang TAGALOG language natin... lahat po ng sponsorship pede spouse, additional family members at working... kung may tanong pa po ang iba dyan ipost nyo lang po dito baka matulungan tayo ng mga kababayan natin na natapos na ang process ng application o katulad natin na nagsisimula palang ang application. (at syempre pare-parehong sa MANILA VISA OFFICE ang process natin kaya pede tayong lahat sa thread na ito)

ask ko lang po, dun ba sa letter na galing embassy for PPR. isusulat pa ba ang middle name,if yes, after po ba ng first name? and who will sign at the back of the passports of my two minor children (aged 2 and 12)?

mga kabayan hangang ngayon wala pang notice na natangap na ng manila visa office yun passport na pinadala ng mrs ko ng jan 28. Paano ko malalaman na natangap na nila? sa e-cas kasi not available pa yun permanent residence status. Nag aalala lang ako baka nawala yun passport at marriage cert na pinadala. Hirap pa naman kumuha ng bago.Share naman kayo ng experience niyo. Salamat.

tanong lang po....
gano katagal ang processing time under SINP Family Category?
Kakapass ko lang ng application form sa Regina nung first week of January. nakausap ko yung call center agent ng SINP at ang sabi before end ng Feb or first week March ko marereceived ang letter kung approved/hindi approved ang application.
