Hello, Mama ko nag apply ng PR and Family sponsorship under LC2 (I think). Hindi ba ito yung Live in Caregiver program?

Nag start na mag process nung 2006 pa, I think nung nagbakasyon si Ermats may sinubmit siya sa MCE, which I am not sure kung ano yun, maybe the application or so. Nagpa medical kami nung 2008 tapos nagkaroon kami ng Refusal letter nung December 2008. Decision made na siya since noong last quarter ng 2008 upto maybe around Last quarter ng 2009. BTW nag submit rin ng some kind of a letter regarding nga sa Refusal letter (bec of my sister's Medical Inadmissibility) then now, "in Process" na siya sa E-cas.

Hindi ko alam kung makakaalis pa kami, baka tuluyan ng ma-deny ang application namin, at kung ma-tuloy man most likely eh maiiwan na rin ako kasi inabutan na ng over-age.

So ngayon, hindi pa na-gra-grant ang PR application ni Mama. nakakalungkot man isipin

guys just got dm this january 11,2010 but my wife is still waiting fro her package and its been 1 week now the package of my wife is still non. My wife contact the dhl but she is not able to track the package because of not having that airway bill no. The CIC-Manila not even call my wife about this DM. I dont know what to do? WE're really frustrated about this kind of situation!!!

jomar congrats! astig naman ang processing nun sayo ang bilis! simula nung ni send mo yun application sa mississauga hanggang sa Decision made ng PR application ay inabot lang ng 4months lahat-lahat na! sana ganyan din kabilis yun sa akin! hehehehe!

good news guys, my wife got her visa delivered by express dhl. I really thankful to these kind of forum because when i start joining here. lots of people answered my questions. TNX so much

It's another 2 months of waiting after you pay the RPRF, so its better to pay the application fee and the RPRF at the same time to get rid of the 2 month delay...

ah ok. thanks for your reply. Btw, we just received another letter today from CIC - Mississauga confirming that they received the payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee. It was stated also there that they already informed the Visa Office Manila that we already paid the said amount.
With this situation, how long are we going to wait for them to release my visa?

Does anyone have the same situation as mine?

may mga case din nmn na after nag apply for humanitarian reason na issuehan din nag visa kahit natagalan. If it is Gods' will nothing is impossible. hwag mawawalan ng hope. just keep on praying.

about sa application nmn namin, we're on our 13mos since "IN PROCESS" dsplay in ecas.sabi ng mrs ko 22-26mos dw ang live in caregiver, so medyo mtagal pa kmi,naiinip na nga kami d2 eh.

anyways, thanks 4 ur reply keep on updating sa application nyo at ganun din kami sa inyo,

may mga case din nmn na after nag apply for humanitarian reason na issuehan din nag visa kahit natagalan. If it is Gods' will nothing is impossible. hwag mawawalan ng hope. just keep on praying.

ang pinagtataka ko lang bakit ang tagal ng LC2. ganoon ba talaga. Yung mga nababasa ko dito sa thread ilang buwan lang granted na agad.

@ angel - were you able to ask your husband when the visa was stamped on his passport? no news pa rin for my Dad's visa eh. My sister tried to call DHL but since we don't have a airway bill number, they were not able to locate the package if there's any.

i've read jomari's message on the other forum, and until today, wala pa rin daw yung sa wife nya.

Hello Cat, my hubby says the date on the visa stamp is Jan 5, 2010... how's ur dad's case? any news about the visa? i read jomar has received his wife's already... hoping for good news for you!

I'm here in Canada and sponsoring my wife in the Philippines. i already received my confirmation receipt and my wife received hers yesterday. btw, we started nov26 2009. the canadian embassy in the philippines requested for my wife's passport and cert. of no marriage. i just want to know if she can drop it off in the embassy which is way more faster than mail or is it strictly by mail only? and also, whats next? i mean, i want to know the step by step process so i know what to expect next. thanks in advance!

ang pinagtataka ko lang bakit ang tagal ng LC2. ganoon ba talaga. Yung mga nababasa ko dito sa thread ilang buwan lang granted na agad.

di naman lahat cguro, kc ung frend ng mrs ko na 6mos ahead lng nag apply LC2 din, andun na sa canada ung mga kids nya,

kaya ung nalalamn nmin na landed na family nila agad,, nkapag decide kami ng misis ko na mag di muna mag enrol mga kids ko sa school that was 2008-09, kc sayang lng ung tuition ,sa private school babayaran nyo pa rin ang boung isang taon khit di mo matapos ung sch.year, eh malaking amount yun pra sa 3 kids ko, nkakaawa kc,, ntpos ung S.Y na wlang nangyari sa application nmin.
kaya last June '09 back to school silang tatlo at malapit, matatapos nrin ang pasokan , summer na namn at wlang panibagong nangyari sa application,...naiinip na mga kids ko, kahit ano nlng ginagawa ko pra ma divert nila ung attention sa application namin.

at sa buong taon na nsa bahay lng sila, tinuruan ko sila sa music ( band master kasi me d2 sa davao ), bumili ako ng keyboard, guitar , bass guitar at amplifiers.. yun ang pinag routine nila pra naging music academy ung haus namin.

naging mga musikero na rin mga kids ko 'till now. at naging active sila sa church namin, at may mga invitational minsan sa mga malls at sa school nila d2 sa davao.sayang nga lang at tatlo lng anak ko,, lolz, dapat pla 5. nag hire lng me nag pamangkin ko na maging drumer nila.

nkakatuwa na nkakalungkot tlga ang pinag daanan nmin d2 sa usad pagong na proseso.

so, ngayon, ilan nlng sa inyo ang di pa over age, at may chance pa na magkaka PR?

@ angel - my Dad received his visa already. they stamped the passport on Jan 7th.

Kung tuloy tuloy ka na mag -aral kahit over 22 okay pa rin. Basta huwag ka lang titigil mag aral. Ano case ng medical inadmissibility ng sister mo? Thanks.
