Hay! Nakakinggit naman yung iba! Ako isang taon na mahigit naghihintay (under LC2) in process parin.

Eto timeline ko
October 2008 started processing
December 2008 hubby submit application at Manila then they started the processing march 2009 Manila
tpos may sinend na form sa hubby ko pra fill Upan around summer 2009
then october or November 2009 ask for his criminal checks, hanggang now wait prin. I tried to follow up (MP sentthem letter) sbi Nila wla nmn daw problema and it will take 17 mos cguro add Nila 9 mos skin 8 mos sa mag AMA ko. Nakakapagod nang maghintay. Pero yun LNG Kaya mo gawin. Hayz cguro mas nging madli Kung ng apply muna ako mag ISA then sponsor them after.

we were under LC2 application too, we landed here in Vancouver just 5 months after my mom sent the application to CPC-M... its been almost a year now since we've been here.,. last September i went back to the Philippines and married my girlfriend for 7 years, and last December i filed my application for her, last january 14th i received a letter from CPC-M saying that i got approved to be a sponsor and that her papers have been forwarded to Manila Visa office, and just this week according to E-CAS her application for permanent residency status changed to "in process"...

To all of you guys who are now over the age limit, it doesn't matter how old you are now if you're application was submitted before you go over the required age to be a dependent...

here's my timeline:
sept '08 - application sent to CIC manila
nov 19, '08 - IN PROCESS ecas
sept 10, '09 - requested for my new NBI & personal History
sept 11, '09 - sent to CIC manila via LBC
*** still waiting for our medical request***

16mos na kami malapit na sa 22-26mos
ganun pla ka tagal ang LC2
keep on updating ..... alam ko malapit na tayo sa finishing line.

22-26 wow that's way too Long pero atleast malapit na nga sa finish line, buti nlng tlga inenrol ko anak ko last year, nung tinawagan ako ng MP sbi 17 mos LNG halos magkamukha pla tyo

ang wife ko ang principal sponsor, nsa mississauga sya now,,, taga davao city kami, we have 3 kids din ages 15,14 and 12.

akala ko kc ako na lng naiwan sa 2008 applicants,.. kc sa mga na babasa ko d2 sa forum, 6-9mos visa na kaagad sila Family class din kya lng parang di sila under sa LC2.
malapit lng ba kayo sa mississauga? tapos na ba medical exam mag ama mo? kami di pa ako nka received notice from CIC, i think after u ma mdical exam,,,,,tuloy tuloy na yan

@ edwin bakit kaya sobra tagal noh. parang nakakainggit na nakakadisappoint na rin somehow. As of now ako pa lang ang over aged. lahat puwede pa Ay pati rin kapatid ko (my Cerebral palsy, pero bec of her condition, I think it doesnt matter anymore)

For couple of semesters nagtuloy tuloy ako pumasok kahit na graduate na ako ng 05. Hindi rin ako nagtrababaho ng dahil sa Application na ito. At yun ang nakakasama ng loob. ang damin time ang nasayang at maraming opportunities na rin ang lumampas.

Ontario po yum dba? My uncle ako din at mga pinsan. 2 hours plane ride po. Ibang province na po ksi Kami. Yung ate ko kinuha Nya asawa Nya 4-6 mos LNG gnun din asawa pinsan ko madaling LNG sa knila ksi immigrant n sila nung ng sponsor eh ksi kmi ng asawa nyo po Sinabay sa akalang mabilis ang magiging processo, uu dmi sayang na oras anal ko inip na inip na.

So many sentiments same with my case also..... sooooo slow processing.
Basta ako work lang ng work then continue studies ng mga kids so walang nasasayang na oras at panahon.
Get busy para di tayo mainip... sayang e. darating din nman yan pero do our part to be productive
pra pag nasa canada na tayo sanay na tayo mag work & maganda job history natin & at the same time
tuloy2 studies ng bata.

Sabagay tama po kayo. Pero pano Kung tagal hintay tapos bumagsak sa bandang Huli for example sa medical. Wag naman sana. Hayz nakaka panghina Lang ng loob minsan. Pero sa sinbi nyo po eh nabuhayan naman po ako.

nktanggap po ng sulat ung aswa ko, request of passport and cenomar with code stickers. ask ko lng po kng per document po b ilalagay ung sticker? or isa lng po sa envelope? ska po nklgay po dun sa sulat na comply within 45 days upon date of the letter. nov26 po ung letter pro yesterday (jan21) lng po nreceive ng aswa ko. ok lng po b un? ano po dpt gwn?

timeline:
nov 3 2009 - application sent 2 ontario
nov 26 2009 - sponsorship approve
dec 16 2009 - documents "in process" in manila
jan 21 2010 - request of passport and cenomar for my wife (4 issuance of visa)

baka karga kpa sa application nyo khit over age kna now,, kc nung mother mo nag apply nung 2006 nsa bracket kpa db?
kasalanan nyo ba kung tgal sila nag background checking.if i were the VO pasok ka pa rin as dependent. try to email CIC manila about ur problem, nkapanghihinayang nmn na may maiiwan sa family, im sure alam din nila kung gaano yan ka lungkot if sila ang nsa poder natin, hwag mawalan ng hope. "God will make away"

Actually yun ang sabi ng isa sa nilapitan naming consultant dito sa amin. And that is what we believe na makakasama pa ako. kasi nga 06 pa yung application. Biruin niyo mag 4 years na rin.

Maraming salamat bonaddictus. Hehehe parang kung nagwork at nag apply ka papunta ka na sana dito sa Canada sa tagal ng processing. Anyway yun din ang sabi sa akin ng consultant na nakausap ko dito. basta huwag patigilin mag aral kahit graduate na, kahit isang sem, tuloy tuloy pa rin daw.
