JUNE 5TH , WE RECEIVED ANOTHER LETTER FROM CEM WHICH WAS THIS,

AS FAR AS I KNOW WE SUBMITTED THE BIRTH CERT. ISSUED BY NSO AND OTHER IDENTITY DOCUMENTS OF MY PARTNER SINCE THE BEGINNING OF OUR APPLICATION, IM JUST SURPRISED THAT THEY WERE ASKING FOR IT AGAIN.
THE QUESTION IS WHY THEY DID NOT INCLUDE THESE ADDTL DOCUMENTS IN THE 1ST LETTER THAT WE RECEIVED SO WE COULD HAVE MAILED TOGETHER WITH THE 1ST DOCUMENTS THAT THEY HAVE ASKED RIGHT? SIGH
