Did you send NSO certified birth certificates of your uncle's and his sibling na parent mo to show a proof of your relation?

my application recved july 19 2011,PER oct 19,2nd aor nov.10....my ecas descision made nov 29 and got rejection letter this morning dated nov 30.lack of points they did not give points for adaptability even though i provided the supporting documents,the pr card of my uncle proof of billing...

guys patulong naman.. confirm ko lang yong pages na may barcode sa application form, sunod po ba sya sa checklist sa arrangement ng mga form and docs? nalilito kasi ako kung san ko ilalagay yong barcode pages, pa help naman guys.

From the instruction guide it says, "Place the barcode pages on the top of your application (forms and supporting documents) when you will submit it."

Ayaw pa rin updated namin naman PDF reader ko.. yong ibang form ok na filled-ud ko using computer..yong isang form lgn talaga ang ayaw... sayo ba pati yon supplementay - your tavel na form computer mo din fill-up or handwritten?

Patulong naman guys.. ganito kasi yong form na supplementary- your travel di ko ma fill-up using computer, pero yon iba na form ok naman.. updated din PDF ko reader ko.. ask ko lang kung yon form na supplementary- your travel ay fill-up pa din using computer or handwritten?

the supplementary - your travel can be filled up with pen, you really can't input it through the computer!

If you have an Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 Extended, you can use the Typewriter tool of the software. Yun ang ginamit ko para print na lang (hindi na handwritten).

helo po just to make an update...nareceive na ng VO yung medical ko its the third line of in process sa ecas ko, ang tagal kasi umabot din ng 3 weeks dec5 natapos tas napost na nareceive dec 27 but anyways its all ok. thanks guys sa forum na ito and above all to God Almighty! itatanong ko lang sana sa may mga PPr na kung ilang araw ako magexpect na maka PPR after the post of my ecas?
