Hello MRS.WINTER ako july applicant ako 37 days lng sa amin approved na yung husband ko, file transfer na kami..were always thankful sa Dios kasi He works things na hindi natin iniexpect

Wow Congrats! Its good to hear na ur done with Step 1 na. I hope and I pray na madali ding mga approve yung sponsorship ng husband ko. Truly God's work in mysterious ways. Congrats again and I hope for another successful result ng visa issuance mo.

Bago po ako sa site..thanks to God nabasa ko forum nyo.. lahat ng tanong nako nandito
kinasal ako sa 7 yrs bf ko july 13, complete na ung application form supporting doics passport ko surname na nya police clearance nbi pero di nya kc sinabi na mgpamedical na ko buti nalang nabasa ko forum nyo. Ung marriage contract pwede na yata pansamantala ung galing sa secpa (lCRO) printed sa NSO papers.. un ginamit ko sa DFA. Sobra nadelay na kc endorsement ko sa nso dapat last wk pa un dahil sa baha at holidays na sunod sunod. Problem ko nalang medical ko naappendectomy kasi ko sa saudi 2 yrs back end of contract nako sa hospital ko wala ako medical report. Mgkakaproblema ba ko dito ? tnx

I suggest you have your medical before your period sis kasi if you wait after your period then you will likely wait for another 2 weeks before you can have your medical kasi yung sabi a week after nung last day nung period mo pwde mgpamedical. Ako nga maghintay pa ako ng another week kasi last day ko lang nung thursday, sayang yung 1 week na paghihintay.

Btw, where are you bound in canada?

Ok sis... But pano qng sabihin ng doctor na kailangan 10days after ng period talaga. Sayang naman ung pamasahi at effort q.. Hehehehe

Kakapagod pala mg hanap ng supporting documents.. Ung sa mga photos pwede vah sa publisher q nalang gawin? Tsaka ung chat logs namin b4 d q ma retrieve panu yan?

Welcome sa forum Mrs. D. I don't think it's a problem kung wala kang record ng previous surgery mo. I think strick sila pag dating sa communicable diseases such as TB, hepatitis, HIV and AIDS. I had my Cholecystectomy a year ago pero di naman ako nagka problem sa medical ko. Kumuha lang ako ng medical abstract ko from my previous surgery para lang if in case they would ask di na ako magpapabalik balik pa. They didn't even ask for my medical abstract. Basta nung time na that I had to be subjected for the physical examination dun sa St. Luke's the doctor just asked me "ah so u had Cholecystectomy?" I just said yes and wala ng maraming tanong.
At exactly 2 pm I got my 2nd copy of the medical from St. Luke's and I was told ok naman lahat ng result and after that wala na akong na-receive na tawag from them after a week. Thank God! Kse I was told na if may problem sa blood testing they will call after a week.

Wow sis I read ur post regarding sa pagkuha ng NBI. Ganoon ba talaga katagal ang inaabot ng pagkuha ng NBI, kse ako nung kumuha same day din nakuha ko na. Thank God!

Anyhow I have been reading some posts from the June applicants ng mga kapwa nating Pinoy and it seems na less than the number of days stated in the website ang approval ang 1st stage. I hope sa atin din ganoon din.

By the way yung passport mo ba ammended na siya using ur husband's family name? Kse ako ammended na siya. Nakapag seminar na ako sa CFC sa may Q.C. Visa na lang ang aantayin ko para dun sa sticker. Kinuha kong copy nun sa NSO for our authenicated marriage contract ay 5 copies. 1 para sa ammenment ng passport, 1 para sa application, isa para sa copy ng husband ko, tapos 1 copy din nung kumuha ako ng NBI. Pero nung kumuha ako ng NBI I showed my previous copy of NBI na single pa ako tapos since I provided them my marriage contract inamend na rin nila.Pinabago ko pa nga yung purpose ng NBI ko, kse intially ang nakalagay travel abroad tapos my husband informed me na kailangan daw VISA Canada yung ipalagay ko. Same day din nakuha ko.

Good luck talaga sa application nating lahat. Sana Christmas gift na sa atin ang approval ng mga visa natin.

I've just read from other forums na after 2 weeks nila mkukuha yung nbi pg visa canada yung purpose pero yung sakin 4 days lang nman at visa canada din yung purpose ko. And I use the nbi online application kaya no hassle. I think I just spent 5-10 minutes sa nbi to have my biometrics and picture tapos nung binalikan ko naman cguro wala pang 5 minutes nakuha ko na.
Wow! sana nga ma.lessen yung number of days of approval.
I didn't ammend yet my passport to my husband's surname kasi ok pa naman passport ko, 2014 pa yung expiry so I can still use it. And it will take time if ipa.ammend ko pa. Ok lang nman kahit maiden name gamit sa application. Pero sa nbi nakalagay na dun surname ng husband ko.

hello po, nag send po ako ng application ko ng august 31, it takes 86 days po dba bago makita ang status po..?

at saka may tanung po ako, pwede bang umuwi ng pinas kahit kakasend ko lng ng application? namimis ko na po kasi yung asawa ko... or do i have to stay po dto sa canada hanngang sa dumating na po sya?

sana po matulungan nio ako... God bless po sa lahat...

Ganun ba sis.. D kami masyafo gumagamit ng yahoo.. Naka skype kasi kami everyday.. Tapos ung skype kasi pag ano gamit mu na pc or lapy dun xa naka save ang mga logs... Problema q kasi ng change lapy aq last may kaya from may to present lang ung na retrieve q... But sa fb chat logs namin from sept.2011 so parang ok na ata un.. By the way tanx sa advice...

Wow ang tagal pala ng processing ngyn ng pagkuha ng NBI. Computerized na yan ha . Ganoon pa rin katagal.Ang matagal pa pala naman ang expiration ng validity ng passport mo. Ako kse early next year expired na kaya kumuha na ako ng bago and had it ammended na para isahan na lang. Lets hope and pray na maging madali na lang ang processing ng Family Visa. I hope they live up to their vission and mission na their priority is family reunification. : : :

Welcome sa forum rlynne! Good luck sa application nating lahat!Sabi nila it seems na randomly yung pag-aapprove sa stage 1. Meron kse tayong kababayan na July applicant but was approved of their application for stage 1 within 37 days. Sana ganoon din yung sa atin.
With regards naman sa question mo if pwede mo syang bisitahin here in the Philippines, yes I think its possible. Kse natanong rin yan ng husband ko and he was assured na wala namang problem kung bibisita sya dito sa Pinas while on going yung processing visa.

Depende lang cguro din yung nbi. Alam mo nmn sa government pag.sinabi na bumalik ka on this date sunod ka nalang.
Oo, maganda na din yan na yung passport mo sa husband surname mo na. Ako cguro pag. canadian citizen na saka ako kuha ng passport with my husband's surname.hehe Ilan taon bago maging citizen ?

Hi dito sa forum. we are only waiting for option c print out ng hubby ko to file our application..Makijoin na lang ako sa room nato since days lang difference ng mga pagfile natin..

Ako yun NBI ko 2 weeks ko din nakuha kasi hit ako eh.. ;D pero before mag 3 mos kuha na ulit ako pati mga marriage contract at AOM para may hingin man ulit sila nandyan na isend nlng.. By first week of sept malamang kami magsubmit.
