I will be soon applying for citizenship as a family of 4. Do i need to provide 4 copies of the physical presence result form eventhough we all landed together have done the same period.

Yes, Each application should be separately completed, Although you can mail all applications together in one package

All adult 18+ applicant required Physical calculator separately with their application, Minors don't require physical calculator.
