I am trying to figure this out.

What are we suppose to do with the photos?

Just put it in an envelope and send it, paste it? where in the website its mentioned?

put it in an envelope and attach it with paper clip on the application. Make sure that the paper clip does not scratch your photos or your documents. Don't staple or paste the photos

My experience:
I took photos from Costco, they stamped n dated. they hand-in photos in paper type case cover. I just wrote my name on rear side of photos and put that Costco paper type case cover in application
