Has anyone done them their own?

I have a photography business, and I was considering doing it myself.... I'm a little worried that they won't like that I have signed the back as the photographer.

Thoughts?

If you are referring to the stamp on the back of passport photographs that state " i certify this to be a true likeness of..." then it would probably look better to get someone else to do them (since the photographer becomes a witness).

I didn't see anywhere in the guide that said the photos had to be stamped.

Our lawyer told us they did not need to be stamped and doing your own is fine, just as long as they follow all the specific measurement requirements.

There is a spot - at least in the photographs for my kids citizenship - so perhaps this is in the wrong area - I just assumed the specs were the same. It just states to list person photographed, who took the photo (Ie: blah blah inc) and the date.

That certification is for Canadian passport photos I believe, because I did not see where it said anything but that it had to have the place it was taken and the date.

Photographs for the immigration application are not the same as passport photos, though they are similar. Exact specifications are in the USA-specific region guide. It doesn't say anything about stamping them, though I remember someone on this board claiming that the office (possibly Buffalo) preferred that they get new pictures without stamps and submit those. Actually, since they don't require a stamp and don't say that the backs must be blank, it doesn't matter, as far as I'm concerned.
