No idea. Perhaps if you do not have the Notice of Assessment what you request from the CRA says Option C? Not sure though, I had my Notice of Assessment so did not need to worry. But be sure to send the original and not a photocopy of it.

It is the Notice of Assessment that they mail to you after you do your taxes. Oddly it does not say Option C anywhere on it.
