But that's another "IF they reject" problem, which may or may not happen. Just sharing it with you so that you don't get surprised IF it happens.
About the GCKey issue, forget GCKey. It is no longer relevant to you. All you need to do now is to land before the expiry of your CoPR with a valid passport.
In continuation of my previous comment; If I'm right you have to submit photos (for PR Card) to the immigration officer at the airport when you land, Can I submit the correct photos at that time? I don't see why you won't be able to provide a new photo. Just keep the current one just in case they ask for it though.

I am exactly at the situation which you were in a few month ago. My face height is not 36 and is like 40. I wanted to ask that whether you got your PR card and did you give the officer at the airport new set if photos ir not? Did you have any issues with that? I am expecting my visa and COPR and have the same stressful moments with accidentally a bit longer face

No one can for sure on what to expect in such cases. Best to take a new photo that's in the right dimensions and provide it to the officer upon landing. Also, why do people throw words like "stressful" to describe this process? At best, if your photos aren't good, they'll be rejected and IRCC will ask you for updated photos. Nothing stressful in this flow of work.
You are right at first look we should not feel any stress in the process. But you know my face height from where my hair starts to the chin is exactly 31mm. But when we count and add the length of my hair it increases to near 40. I am confused because if I want to take another pic which the WHOLE head is under 36 my face would be under 31 and may look too small! All other specs of my photo like brightness and focus are perfect.
On the other hand , I am from Iran where unfortunately we do not have Canadian embassy And VAC here due to political issues.
So returning passports with couriers and sending them back again will take a lot of time and money. So I tried to find the best and the most experienced photographer that I could in my home town. Thanks again for your help and please let me know your opinion about the dimensions in photo that I described.
