You can only wait for them to return your photo(if they do so). If you've not submitted yet, get the right one done.
Hello, thank you for your response! I've already submitted. Today I checked my tracker and there's a ghost update. But no update on gckey. Is this a good sign?
If you are referring to the date at the top right as a ghost update, you should know that it is a system update date and has nothing to do with an applicant's application. There are no bad outcomes of what has happened, the only thing that can happen is that you'll get your passports back without any stamps and you'll be asked to resubmit them.
Got it. Thank you so much. If you could help me with this other thing; Just noticed it says " May 13, we are reviewing additional documents you provided" though I never received any ADR nor submitted any. Is there a problem?
At this point, nothing is a problem anymore. Let the system reports whatever it wants to report. Truth is that they finished your A11.2 check, background check and are satisfied with that. They can no longer issue you an ADR as your passports are under stamping.
This is for PPR. The error you are getting is commonly reported by inland applicants, check other threads for uploading photo on portal email - there are many threads on the topic.

hey, would really appreciate if you could help me with this other query; I Received copr and passport, however, I just noticed that in my GCKEY account, biometrics are missing, they just disappeared, is this normal? some kind of glitch maybe? Is this a problem or not? Kindly advise.
Congratulations. One thing though, your photos might create an issue for PR card. But that's another "IF they reject" problem, which may or may not happen. Just sharing it with you so that you don't get surprised IF it happens.
About the GCKey issue, forget GCKey. It is no longer relevant to you. All you need to do now is to land before the expiry of your CoPR with a valid passport.
Hi. can you clear something for me since you already done it? On the back, of the photos, the date format, which one you used? I know Canada uses month first, then day. Thanks.
We used the format: 16th June, 2024 - easy for anyone to understand regardless of the country's format.
