Photo Size - photographer can't adjust exact Size

My photographer gave me two pictures of dimensions 413x531 and other of 620x797.
Can I use anyone of these picture?

The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.

So you cant use 413x531.

You can't use. Just change the size/resolution of 413x531 photo to 425x546. Actually I see a lot of people are having this problem, so I will make a 2 min youtube video on how to do that with irfan view (size 4 Mb approx).

There is one thing that is missed in this video though, don't forget that your dpi should be set to 600

Actually not !!

DPI 600 is for the scanned photos. Imagine when you have a printed photo and you would like to use that instead of getting a new one.

- My instructions are about the digital photo taken directly by camera.
