photo requirement for BOWP and visitor extension together

I am trying to apply for Bridging open work permit (5710) for myself and along with that i am applying for my wife's visitor extension record (5708).
I want to know that do i need to provide photo of my wife or is it not required.
In online application package, i am only seeing placeholder to upload my photo but upload photo option is not available for my wife.

Should you not have a separate application for your wife? Meaning a separate application form area to submit all relevant documents?

Yes, form 5710 is for myself and form 5708 is for my wife.
Online i am getting a placeholder to upload my photo.
But i do not see any link/place to upload my wife's photo.
