The requirements for the photo for a Canadian study permit mentions that the head size must be between 31mm and 36mm from chin to crown.
Well, whenever I create a photo with one of those online services (like idphoto4you.com), the final result yields a much bigger head on the computer screen than between 31-36 mm.
Is the size for when they print it out, or should I measure the actual size on the screen to fit within the required size?
I feel incredibly stupid.
