PhD ECA with WES

Anybody evaluated PHD with only PhD certificate and conferral letter with WES? Did you submit Masters or Bachelors transcripts?

You only need your highest degree evaluated. Once it is evaluated as PhD then it automatically assumes that you have the required Bachelors/Masters qualifications. Keep it simple.

Sure, I am stuck with this for 8 months and have left no stone un turned to obtain masters/bachelors.
Will withdraw my Masters and Bachelors today and proceed with only Phd.
