Pharmacy directors and pharmacist help plz

Hi all here,, happy new year . i like to ask about the new situation for pharmacists now 2009 acoording to the 38 list.

i have 1 year experience as a pharmacy director Noc (0311) antd 3 years as a pharmacist (3131).

Am i eligible? is it easy to answer because everybody is confused about this? plz help me because it is not my case for me only but also for many pharmacists seeking immigration to Canada under Federalic skilled worker program.

and you dont know how to access the list of the 38 Occupations????www.cic.gc.ca It lists the 38 eligible professions for FSW

yes ,friend i do not know the cause is Pharmacist not in the 38 list but under the health care manager u find pharmacy director only, the prb is that u can see it easy but every pharmacist is confused about it any one know plz?

Pharmacist is not under FSW but is in demand in our BC PNP,Pharmacy manager or director is in demand and qualifies under the FSW 38,the idea is a Pharmacist goes through AEO or PNP

Ok the problem here i sent to the lawer here and gave him the same information as i gave to u all and he replied that i am not eligible so, this makr big confusion for me and my same situation freinds.so,,

i also want to know if the position of cheif of pharmacy requires any special certificates other than Bsc. of pharmacy???
in my country Egypt it does not require any but the pharmacy certificate and one year experience as ordinary pharmacist.


so,, now if i send application how can i know it is accepted on these criteria or no,, everyone knows a part of the picture but not that all clear vision can u help plz
