I know that Bufallo is slowest VO till now.

But i think your e-cas must have changed till now with RBVO.

I do not know why it is still not changed.

Advise you to contact CIO at

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/csu.asp

As well as made case specific enquiry to Bufallo VO with your file number.

I just joined this group and I found it very useful.
Currently I am an international student in Canada. I have also a pharmacy degree.

I have sent my application on Oct 7 2010. I login to the CIC website and it is said "We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 8, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.". In addition, the status of my application is "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete ".

Unfortunately, I have not received any mail or email from CIC yet.

I have also check my Bank Draft and it has been charged on Oct 15 2010.

Have you seen such case before?

I called CIC (1-888-242-2100) several times, but each agent told me a different story.

Do you think they have sent it to Bufallo (my visa office)?

I appreciate your kind help.

this is aparna . i have done my bahelors in pharmacy from india. have applied under the 3131 and my file has been rejected by the visa officer due to my employment certificates . the officer wanted more detailed job description . ihave 4 years of industrial work experience and one year of hospital work experience.
could any one please help me with the formats of experience letters and resume with the detailed job duties.

hello aparna,

I think before apply you didn't compare and check the duties mentioned in your noc on cic site.because if you check that jobs and duties mentioned in your noc and compare with cic site then may be you havnt got rejection.

Because I feel your employer made a experience certificate and u just send that to cic and that jobs and duties were not matched with national occupation list so that why u got rejection.

My advise is when u r going to apply again just check the jobs and duties mentioned in your noc and compare with cic national occupational list then apply.

In your experience certificate your employer mention your name, yourjob title,your kind and responsibilities,start date of job, and signed by authorized person on company letter head.

Dear Nishant,

I am fine. CIIP is the prog. run by CHC free for immigrants before departure. This is good to attend boz. it give us knowledge on CANADA job market & all stuff. CIIP letter come at the time of Medical request.

Hi Egale,

Relax... from 1 AOR ( PER ) to 2nd AOR timeline could be 25-45 days depends on VO.

Your file will be shift to your VO after 1 AOR.
