Hello Mayank

Well i think now there is nothing i can do. I had already shown my experience in sales. A friend of mine misguided me, otherwise i wouldn't have applied altogether. What a waste of time and money :( . All i could think of is, like Wayne suggested in a reply to my post, check for new occupation list to come in July. I am thinking of setting up my own pharmacy and maybe after sometime i could use my experience to apply again. At the moment i feel really down. All doors closed :(

Regards

Shigri

Dear Shigri,

Its SAD to know about your NER.

But know i think everyone is aware about it that Medical Rep. profile is not matched with 3131.

So please be care full.

What is your next step ?

To apply as a pharmacist you also need a degree in Pharmacy, since Pharmacy is a regulated profession in Canada.

I am sorry for your wasted time, but if you are still keen on immigration to Canada have you considered trying to secure a job offer to apply under FSW Category 2? Or perhaps looked into Provincial nomination to see if a particular province needs your skills and can sponsor you?

Wayne.

yes u can apply quebec skilled worker like me, if u want just go in this site check your eligebility

Hello Wayne

I do have a degree in Pharmacy. I had also done Masters in Business Administration.

The job offer option is out of question since this is a regulated profession and i had read in a post that its of no use applying that way. The only option which i think is left is the provincial one. I will do my little research and with the help of u n many nice people on this forum i think i can give it another try.

I am starting to feel gud :)

Regards

Shigri

Ok, best of luck! :)

Although my understanding is that with Provincial Nomination you STILL need a job offer. It's just that if you get PR you can skip needing an LMO? Can't say I know that much about PN though I could be wrong!

Hey guys,

you all are doing wonderful job here. Its very helpful to all people who has less knolwedge abt all process. So thank you very much for this wonderful effort.

I have some questions in my mind , if u can solve it than i will be very thankful to u all.

1) I was requested for Medical , RPRF and Passport on 17th march dated letter. I have done my medical, DD of RPRF and sent passport with RPRF on 29th march and they receive it on 30th march. My question is that will they send me receipt of RPRF DD? If yes than how much time it will take? How much time they will take to issue the visa after receiving our passport?

2) I have brochure for CIIP (Canadian Immigrant Integration Program) along with medical request. Today only I registered myself and my spouse with CIIP. So any one have already attended CIIP program? If yes than how was that? Is it realy helpful?

Your suggestions are valuable. Please guide me. Si I can plan my future work accordingly.

Thx for yr reply.

Dear Jonty,

For Post 26/06 applicant it is still not clear that in how many days they will issue VISA.

But i think VO will issue VISA with max 45 days. For receipt of RPRF ..they might send you before visa issuance or with your Passport ...

For CIIP...Advise you to visit 26/6 thread. There are some member who attended it.

Regards,
Mayank

Hi mayankpandya

I just joined this group and I found it very useful.
Currently I am an international student in Canada. I have also a pharmacy degree.

I have sent my application on Oct 7 2010. I login to the CIC website and it is said "We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 8, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.". In addition, the status of my application is "Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete ".

Unfortunately, I have not received any mail or email from CIC yet.

I have also check my Bank Draft and it has been charged on Oct 15 2010.

Have you seen such case before?

I called CIC (1-888-242-2100) several times, but each agent told me a different story.

Do you think they have sent it to Bufallo (my visa office)?

I appreciate your kind help.
Best
