Hey Mayank,

My application was received on March 1st and C/C was charged on March 4th. But, They credited back my money on my c/c on March 14th. I am so confused. Is my application being returned? As the cap was reached on March 15th.why did they en cash initially and returned after 10 days?

Thanks.

Manoj

I think it is reasonable to assume that they initially cashed in error, before the reality of the filled cap caught up with them. I know someone that experienced this.
My advice would be that as soon as they return your application (if that's the case), prepare to submit immediately the new occupation list is released in June this year.
I firmly believe Pharmacists will be required again.
Good luck my friend!

I am a pharmacist also, my application received on 2nd/March/2011. unfortunately my cc has not encashed till now, so I have not catched the cap.

Do you know how much it takes to receive my application again?

I am sure you should get it back in a few weeks if you did not make the cap.
If that is the case, then be vigilant so as you submit immediately the new round comes up.
Also, there may be stricter requirements for IELTS score for the next round. If you did not score high (maybe up to 7.5 overall), this may be the time to take another IELTS.
Good luck to you my friend.

Dear Manoj,

This is first time i heard. But its sign of negative may be for 2 reasons.

(1) CAP reached limit.
(2) Application is incomplete .

Go for online inquiry .

Regards,
Mayank

My dear,
Online inquiry may not work if the application is less than 6 weeks with CIO!
Get to their website for clarification if needed.

It maybe hard to decipher IELTS requirement for the next phase, but it is also evident that they will be placing more emphasis on language proficiency for the points particularly in professions such as ours.
I believe it may be prudent to advise anyone considering applying in the next phase to take adequate precautions to see they are not caught in this trap.
Cheers!

Dear Spokes,

I am already aware of it. But my friend CIO will revert to him after such time period passed.

So, with that reply is can be assured about the reason of his refusal.

Mayank
