About No. of the applications received
I think the no. of applications received CIC showing is related to the no. of the applications they have initially analyzed and which are complete because when an applicant send his application he is not mentioning the NOC code on the top of the application, so CIC can not guess the NOC code and can not finalize the number of applications received in any category at the receiving time.
So the CIC showing the no. of applications received till today are those applications which are initially analyzed and declared to be completed not those they have received.
For example they have received 2500 total applications till 20-09-2011
But total applications of NOC 3131 they sorted till 20-09-2011 are 230
But total applications of NOC 3131 they declared complete till 20-09-2011 are 195
So they are showing fig. 195 not 230
