I cannot advise you to go without VO checklist & supporting documents. They will simply reject your application .

yes i do have that guidelines.
It means i have to submit application with visa docs
well what if i just enter my application without visa docs so that atleast my application get in a queue and in a meanwhile (hope so before rejection) i complete all visa docs and submit it. what u suggest??
I just dont want to miss the chance because i m afraid whether 3131 category get chance again or not.

They ll simply reject your application. If you look at the page where they are updating the application its mentioned "Total complete applications received since June 26, 2010". So if u dont send VO docs then ur application wont b complete. Its really difficult to get the docs mentioned on VO list in few days. I started to prepare my docs from October and i had been able to send my application on February 15th, 2011. Still in hope that i might fall within cap. But u can try if u want to. Its just a suggestion.

Do not worry. Usually CIO takes 2 weeks to encash DD / CC.

May i know who received your application ?

When you checked the status of your CC ? Are you B.Pharma /D.Pharma ?

Advise you to wait for this week end.If still your CC not charged then send email/online query to CIO for the status of your application.

Infact i am also waiting for my Bank draft to be encashed. My application is with them on 10th Feb.

BTW there was a holiday in Canada on Monday Feb. 22nd, 2011. Do u think CIO wont b having any applications in backlog when they give the no. of applications received???

Hi Shigri,

There was no holiday on 22 Feb at NS. Well its hard to say about backlog application. But i think yes. Becouse application have to pass completeness check , so there should be. But as your application reached to CIO on 21 , so no need to worry for CAP. Check your CC status in 15 days.
