Hi
My gf who is a foreign national just found out that some post secondary private schools programs do not qualify for work visas, I am wondering when did these rules change and when did they come into affect.
I am not worried about my gf as she goes to a public university(which is on the list) but alot of her friends don't and the scary thing was my gf was thinking of going to these private schools.

So what happens if you are a school that is not on the above list? What happens if you started before this list was updated, it was updated in October 2015, but many of her friends started September 2015.

I am not sure if this is the complete list but the schools my gf friends go to are not on the list. I also see that some of the schools I know about that I remember friends getting work visas after graduation are no longer on the list.Accepted Post-Secondary Institutions for the Post-Graduation Work Permit
