I was left with two weeks to be out of status when I found out . So I applied for restoration of status and pgwp yes with a letter . I used a lawyer .

My stuff ddnt work out . Best option is restoration of status . I even fought judicial review it ddnt work. I am leaving Canada before I am deported or get admissibilty for overstaying and I actually cannot come back whether on study permit or p.r . Guys if u miss any of the requirements of pgwp don’t try to reapply just do restoration of status as soon as possible .

Did your case was similar as mine? If I do not apply PGWP there is no reason to restore my status as student because I've finished my college. Am I wrong?

Hi i have completed my first 4 semesters continuous in Sheridan college. But unfortunately i failed in one course in last semester which delayed my studied to one year . I keep repeating this course 3 time continuous taking as part time after all my 4 semesters. Do i get my work permit?/

You have to be full-time to qualify for a PGWP

Did your case was similar as mine? If I do not apply PGWP there is no reason to restore my status as student because I've finished my college. Am I wrong?

No what you can do is restore your status as a visitor . Or if u have time within 90 days apply for a one year program then extend your study permit if it is not expired . Other wise you only have restoration of status . If u haven’t applied for pgwp don’t use ur transcript. Just take that chance they might not request it.

No - this forum member was not successful in getting a PGWP.

Guess it’s all up to officer . I got mine denied twice for only studied part time once even though I retook the classes I had dropped in summer . So now doing a judicial review most likely. I am so overwhelmed with the whole process . I’m just praying to God it all works out .

So far now, you have three part time semesters. I’m sorry, but you would be refused unless you have a very reasonable reason for the semesters. I hope you get your pgwp approved. There is always a way
