PGWP Payment Problem..HELP NEEDED URGENT

Hi i was submitting my online application to cic for PGWP.mistakenly i used debit card number due to which the payment was refused.
this message pops up.
Transaction not approved - Transaction refusée

now when i use my friends credit card for payment it doesnot get through and again it says payment is refused.
i dont know what to do.
should i delete online application and make another one.is it allowed to delete an application and make another one.?
or any other way i can make payment online using my friends credit card number??

Hi there,

I am very much sure you have an online account on the CIC website. So every application is saved there. You don't have to worry about getting it deleted. The application won't be processed unless you make the payment. There can be several reasons for the refusal of a credit card payment.

1) Make sure you use the same address of your friend's which he gave to the credit card company. Call the credit card company and get information on the exact address they have on their system. Double check if he has enough balance available on his credit card.

2) Try using Internet Explorer, 'cause sometimes that is the problem.

I ALREADY CHECKED IT THREE TIMES and the address is same.
the problem i am facing is that it already shows this message on the top of the payment form

and this receipt number was shown when my payment was refused when i was used my visa/debit card
now when i fill in the form with all information it just says payment refused after processing.

Seems strange. But there has to be some kind of a problem. Double check if you are using the exact same address. Sometimes "Crescent" is saved as "Cres" in the address field. Double check the postal code. If all else fails, better call the credit card company and talk to a representative.

My guess is that when you answered the questions on your application you said "I will be paying the fees". So now the program doesn't match your name and the name on the credit card, because you are using your friend's credit card. You can modify that answer and then try and proceed with the payment.
