PGWP expiring and want to open work permit

How are you eligible for an open work permit ?
Just by virtue of once having a pgwp and it’s expiring doesn’t give you the option of getting an open work permit
Post the source then. I have not heard anything of new policy for OWP.

You have may been reading about the PNP announcement. There are specific requirements that need to be met to qualify for an open work permit and the province is the one that has to indicate you qualify to apply.
Have you applied under PNP? Which province?
