Calling all PGWP and valid Job offer but no LMIA people to please join here and share your scores.

Mine is 439

Mine is 481. Same scenario

Same here (Will become eligible in a few weeks). 412.

To be fancy about wordings, should it be "PGWP with a job, but not valid & no LMIA"?

Brace yourself for student-hate messages.

300 . but they gave me 0 points for my work experiences , even tho I have 2 years of Canadian experience .
do any one knows why ?

Do you get any points for the offer without LMIA ?

Nope.

HI,

Can someone share me the link to calculate the point for EE under CEC ? Really confused about this. how pointing system works.

My friend is planning to apply for CEC under Express Entry.

Could you please provide some advise will really help him?

Here is his scenario.

1. He is currently working as full time contractor job under NOC B more than one year in Canada.
2. Do he required LMIA for apply EE. Why? if he has already working in Canada with job offer.
3. He studied two years diploma from Ontario college so do he required ECA ?
if no what about back home education ECA required in this case.

Please advise,

Please advise,

He doesn't need LMIA to get into pool as he qualifies for CEC. But if he applies for LMIA and got it, he will have additional 600 points, which kind of guarantees an ITA. Without that, we don't know the chances of it.

I think ECA is only for qualifications outside of Canada. Since his diploma is from Ontario, he doesn't need ECA for that.

guys did you register with job bank?

i have 412.

but its not in the pool yet untill i register with job bank.

i was wondering i did something wrong because itisasking me register even though i have job in canada already.

CEC applicants:
i think 400+ has a good chance in CEC,With 21000 cap this year
i think each monthly draw should have 21000/12 = ? ITAs.

most CEC canadidates dont have LMiA(thats what i think atleast)

If you don't have a job with LMIA you will need to register Job bank.

Apparently, in the eyes of CIC, a job without LMIA isn't qualified as a job

This is so confusing registering with job bank even with a full time job. Please help on how to link jobbank with ee.

Looks like CEC applicant with permanent job without LMIA and PNP are screwed...only benefit they get is 35 points of Canadian experience.

Can any one tell me will there be a separate draw for CEC

Else it looks like we are screwed big time...
