They are entirely separate programs. You apply for owp under the family class sponsorship. I believe you can apply for the pgwp at the same time (not sure) but they are separate.

I got the FSW ITA one month ago. I am currently in Canada working on a PGWP Open Work Permit for 2 years with the same employer. My job is not LMIA approved.
Q1) Do I require to show Proof of Funds ?
Q2) Is my job is considered as a Valid Job Offer ?
Q3) Is it okay if I go with FSW invitation or should wait for CEC ITA ?

You questions are very confusing. Are you applying under family class? (i.e. you being sponsor by your spouse/common law partner whose a PR or a citizen)
If not, post your question to the related section. (e.g. internal students/foreign workers/EE ...etc)
