Can someone please guide me how do PR application on portal for my parents.
Do I have to use representative or I can do it by myself?

it all depends if you can go through documents and fill information on an application ,although you have ti go through some forms ,but its simply filling in information related to you and family as an example ,one thing to be clear about there is nothing wrong about using a representative ,but what he will be doing is asking for information that he will be filling on your behalf, the guide is clear but a lot of applicants needs some guidance ,my personal experience with the forum here is that you will be getting a lot of support and a lot will be answered most questions are answered by the simple exercise of looking for it in the right place on the internet ,but again if you cant go through it call a rep ...

Read the pdf letter that they IRCC have sent, as an attachment. That letter has a very good step wise recommendation, Pg 2 and 3, just follow that.

You don't have to believe. You can send two and all tax years. But why the question?

And how about the email id can I use another email address for creating the account on online portal and forms instead of the one I used at the time of invitation submission because that id was blocked

I have a question regarding imm5768. In question 14 under employment history do i need to provide income of current year 2022 till now for part time gigs like instacart/uber eats also or only fulltime job is enough? Our income with co-signer is enough to sponsor parents. Please advise. TIA

You can be asked to provide income for any years during Processing period to prove that you have maintained LICO. You should be providing income for both full-time and part-time. You should be providing all this income information to CRA as well so not sure what the issue is.
