I am wondering if those who were ineligible to be a sponsor under PGP 2020/21 and were invited but unable to apply and/or got rejected (not sure if there were any rejections), will still be in the pool for random draw? In principle, they should not be in the pool, yet I am wondering about this.

IMO they will not be in the pool since they were selected and then rejected / refused.

To me it seems that only individuals who did not receive an invitation last year are eligible this year.

Hoping for the same and figure crossed for this. To some extent I trust the government but time to time they do not live up to my trust, and most of the time with something that is silly stuff which could have been avoided easily.

I think it was 150K but I am not 100% sure. Maybe that was for the previous year (in which case 2020 would have been higher).

why did you submit an interest form knowing that you don't qualify? and you just wasted a quota

I didnt know it. I miscalculated the income requirement as I didnt include myself.

Based on the limited information we have available, it appears you will not be included in the 2021 draw since you received an invitation last year to apply. It appears the draw will only be for those who weren't invited last year. But that's not for certain. So you'll have to wait and see.
