Hello Everyone, i was finally able to link the account. For any new document request it says please upload submit these through your IRCC secure account but when i login and click upload documents there is no option to upload documents. i only send requested docs via email at delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca. is it normal to be not able to upload documents despite account being linked. can anyone please let me know. Thank you?

Thanks but I am not sure that the amount that I paid is the RPRF fee include or not. Do u have any idea.

I also have gone back and have checked my receipt which is of 2270 CAD and I am pretty sure I have paid everything upfront and this should be inclusive of RPRF.

above is for each individual plus biometric fee of 170 total. So 1050*2 plus 170 = 2270

I think the file has already been moved to Native country. When the file is moved to Native Country, then they ask for to do the medical and request Police Clearance. Not before that if you are sponsoring your parents from Overseas.

No I have not let them know about it. I have just uploaded my parents PCCs on my Dad’s GC Key IRCC account in the “upload/submit documents” section like they asked.

I am really concern about missing deadline. It is 23 Jan 2022, so I just uploaded tracking number with explanation that " because of Covid, the PCC application could take longer than expected. We have started the process, tracking number and receipt is attached." . Uploaded and submitted in account.
Now I wonder how will I submit the PCC once it is available.

anyone in the same boat? PGP 2020 application received Feb 10, 2021, AOR September 3, 2021, no update since then, eligibility even not started (ECAS Status Sponsor Still Application received and Applicant Still Application received), No any message or update even in GC key account.

I am in the same boat, AOR received sep 3. Nothing after that. Inquired through MP, they came back with answer in initial assessment sponsor don’t meet eligibility to sponsor. Totally confused now as I meet all financial requirements.

Yeah there have been a lot of delays but really can't blame anyone. You did the right thing to provide tracking numbers, receipts and explanation. From what I understand, you sent all these things to IRCC by uploading on the GCKey account where you are supposed to upload the PCCs? I guess that's fine now. Once you get the PCCs, I'm sure you can send it across to them through one of the other options mentioned on the PCC request letter (like webform or email).

Hi everyone,

I think this question has been answered before and I looked back but I couldn't find it. My dad is here with a visitor visa (6 months) so do I need to let IRCC know that he is currently living in Canada, change of address per say? We just submitted police certificates and his medical exams have been approved so I am assuming that the next step is going to be the pre-arrival document, if they don't ask for extra documents. Can someone please advice? I will appreciate your response. Thank you.
