It seems like 14 March is the hard deadline unfortunately. You can try sending them explanation along with the tracking details. But I doubt that they will accept it. 60 days is a reasonable amount of time.
I have provided an explanation (by using my parents UCI) and attached my invitation letter & CanadaPost delivery status form in the webform CIC. Is there anything else I can do? CanadaPost mentioned me on phone that it is delayed because of COVID19.

Did anyone get their AOR?

I think they'll accept your application if it arrives a few days late. You did mail it before March 14, and they understand with COVID there could be mailing delays.

Hello All;
I received my 2020 Notice of Assessment today. How are we going to send this NOA to CIC? If it is via express post, then what should I attach with it so they can add it to my file.

PS: I have not received any AOR or any ECAS status update.

Thanks

My understanding was that if we shared our SIN number on the forms and gave them permission to check tax returns, they would check themselves. No need to send anything else

you can wait till you get AOR

But you can send it through web form also, Provide full information, names, UCI date of birth and attach NOA
We don't need to send NOA but i would also like to send it when i receive my NOA, it is better, it might speed up the process even a little bit faster process helps

There is no need, but my person view is if you have it send it to them they don't need to contact CRA, i think they take way too much time when they have to contact other agencies

There is no need to send the NOA. You must have given the consent to IRCC to get info from CRA.
Sending documents that are not asked can delay the processing as well.
