Hi,

The form only asks for parents or grandparents information (I can add both my parents). But it doesn't say anything about dependent children of my parents. Sorry, I am still confused.

I don't think its true. This is what I see in the form and when clicking on the link below, it clearly shows to enter the 8 digit ID number.


Status in Canada document number (required)
Enter the document number exactly as it appears on your status in Canada document. Don't include the spaces.
See which documents we accept and where to find the document number.
 
Did anyone receive the confirmation email and also, did the form ask for number of family members financially dependent on the sponsor?

my parents doesn't have last name mentioned in the passport, how to deal with it.
should we mark last name as NA or just repeat the first and middle name?

(if it's your parents, pick one of them as the principle applicant. The other one will be the dependent. (doesn't matter if the other one is financially dependent of the PA. It's just how the application is format)

Provide the names and dates of birth for each of the parents and grandparentsopens in new window you wish to sponsor. You won't need to provide the information of their non-accompanying spouse/partner or dependent children.

Should I be giving names of my siblings or no ? They are dependent on my parents (i.e. age < 22)

I am also in the same boat. Can someone please clarify. How can we provide sibling information (dependent children)

Please don’t quote me on that but when I applied for my MIL supervisa she had the same issue of not having last name. I entered her first name in last name section and left first name empty. Also attached an explanation letter.
