If they ask to submit 3 yrs NOA than many applications will not be processed as half of them are assuming their 2019 income and applying .

Any responsible person knows what their income is and doesn't need to assume anything.

hi, I need one reference, i have tried last year but could not open the form. If anyone can help me with , what kind of information i need , i mean what are the information i required to complete the form as it is time sensitive.

They have not announced what the program requirements are. The government got sued last year so accept changes.

For PGP 2020, no new information is out just yet. Last year was typing race and it was a gong-show somehow
Just subscribe to IRCC facebook or Twitter to receive latest updates, probably sometimes in January 2020

If have income for 2017 , 2018 and 2019 yet has to be filed can i still apply for my mother
You can apply but your application will be rejected because you dont have NOAs for the last 3 years.
You will need your Notice Of Assessments for those years.

We are talking about next year so by that time they will have NOA from 2019. We’ll all have to see what the process is to determine who can apply.

Is there anything, the Pros here can suggest something from there experience, what should the Sponsor kids do in the meantime waiting for their announcements next year. I am crossing my fingers hope its not a introduction of Lottery back. Any advise, suggestions are welcome.

The one thing, in my opinion if any, that being tested and challenged no matter lotto or typing race, is the Household Income. Try to earn as much as you could in the next few days

Just wanted to confirm. I know the rules are not out yet but as per the minimum income requirement of last year, the amount that we are referring to is line 150 of NOA correct (Total income)? I am asking this as : Total Income ( line 150) = Taxable income(net income) + RRSP deduction.

I think it's guaranteed that line 150 will be used from the NOA. I would be shocked if this changed.

I think the things that could change are the income levels, which and how many years, and how dependents are factored in if they were around for some years but not others (e.g. birth of a new child, new spouse).

You should have a pretty good idea of what your income is and application were submitted after the taxes deadline last year. The issue is that there will always be more demand than spots so determining who qualifies for a spot is the big issue. We do see quite a lot of professionals planning on getting a spot after 3 years of being in Canada which may not be possible.
